Among our exhibits you will be the ColorSave 1000 and ColorSave-Micro feeders, demonstrating their capabilities in a closed-loop masterbatch feeding system. Throughout the entire duration of the show, these feeders will be actively dispensing masterbatches, providing visitors with a real-time illustration of the technology’s efficiency and precision.
ColorSave-Micro is the world’s first small dose gravimetric feeder. It can accurately micro-dose even a few milligrams. ColorSave 1000 features an automatic calibration process alongside a venturi emptying system for easy and fast maintenance.
Our Spectro will be another booth highlight, showcasing its advanced color measurement capabilities. One Spectro unit will be dedicated to reading the color of a car’s bumper, with a robotic hand seamlessly moving the probe across the surface. The results will be displayed on a nearby screen, allowing attendees to witness the system’s accuracy and versatility.
Another Spectro unit, integrated with Eigen Innovation’s OneView machine vision solution, will demonstrate its ability to read the color of a moving film, simulating an extrusion process. This innovative setup will provide visitors with a glimpse into the future of color measurement and process control in the plastics industry.
We will also showcase our BlendSave Compact and Compact OctoBatch solutions, designed to deliver compact and efficient blending capabilities. The system delivers maximum dosing rates up to 1500 kgs/hour and takes up roughly a 1.5 by 1.5 meters footprint. The Compact OctoBatch™ facilitates 10 separate bins for ready blends and has a full 360° rotating arm that is also able to move vertically to ensure clean and dust-free blend dispensing. These products exemplify our commitment to providing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the plastics industry.
The highlight at NPE 2024 will be the SpectroMetric 6 system. This innovative solution addresses the challenges posed by the inconsistency and poor quality of PCR, enabling manufacturers to leverage recycled materials without compromising product quality.
